After the Journey: Grounding Psychedelic Wisdom in Daily Life

This peer-based, clinician-led monthly by donation drop-in group is designed for those who have engaged in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy or personal psychedelic experiences and are looking for support in integrating their insights into daily life. Whether you're navigating the emotional shifts, deepening self-awareness, or working through challenges that emerged, this space provides a grounded, compassionate community to help you make meaning of your journey.

Through guided reflection, experiential exercises, and group discussion, we’ll explore:
🌿 Inner trust—learning to listen to and honor your deepest knowing
🌿 How to integrate profound insights into relationships, work, and daily decisions
🌿 Moving through resistance, uncertainty, and emotional blocks post-journey
🌿 Recognizing and tending to emerging needs and desires
🌿 Cultivating self-compassion and nervous system regulation

Join a virtual community of open-hearted explorers where experiences are honored, transformation is supported, and the process of integration becomes an intentional, embodied practice.
