Therapy That Honors Your Story and Supports Your Growth
A safe and supportive space to explore your patterns, heal from within, and reconnect with your most authentic self.
You don’t need to be “fixed.” You need space to slow down, listen to yourself, and trust what you already know deep down. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you, untangle self-doubt, and make sense of the challenges you’re facing—whether in relationships, identity, or the way you move through the world. My goal is to help you feel more at home in yourself, with greater clarity, ease, and self-acceptance.
Hi, I’m Melissa
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals deepen their connection to themselves, build inner trust, and navigate life’s challenges with compassion and curiosity. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, where we explore how your past shapes your present, and I integrate techniques like dream analysis and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) to support meaningful growth.
What Therapy Can Offer You
-
Whether you're an individual or navigating a relationship, therapy can help you feel more steady in yourself and your decisions. Together, we’ll work toward:
Feeling calm and centered, even in uncertainty
Learning to trust your instincts instead of second-guessing yourself
Building emotional resilience so you can handle life’s challenges with more ease
-
Relationships—whether with partners, friends, family, or yourself—should feel nourishing, not exhausting. Our work together can help you:
Communicate with confidence and set boundaries that feel good
Let go of people-pleasing and show up authentically in all relationships
Build deeper intimacy and trust in romantic partnerships
Navigate polyamory, non-monogamy, or complex relationship dynamics with clarity
-
Change—whether in identity, career, relationships, or personal growth—can feel both exciting and unsettling. Therapy can offer you a space to:
Process uncertainty and find clarity about what’s next
Explore who you are outside of societal expectations
Stay grounded and self-assured, even when life feels in flux
-
Society teaches us to shrink, conform, and doubt ourselves. Therapy helps you:
Release shame around your body, identity, and desires
Challenge internalized expectations that no longer serve you
Live with more freedom, ease, and self-acceptance
-
Instead of wondering if you’re "doing life right," therapy helps you tap into your own knowing. You’ll:
Trust your decisions without second-guessing
Feel more peace and ease in your body and mind
Move through life with confidence, clarity, and self-compassion
